You will need:
- 1 cup of chopped parsley
- 5 stalks of celery
- 3 lemons
- 6 cups of water
Make sure that all the ingredients you use are organic. Wash them thoroughly before use. Add everything into a blender, apart from water, and blend until smooth. Add the water into the mix and blend until everything is mixed in nicely.
