As many of you may already know, the sciatic nerve is the longest nerve in our bodies and it goes from the buttocks and the lower legs, down the legs to the feet. Often times, this nerve gets irritated or inflamed and this can trigger serious pain and discomfort, as well as impede the movement.
Other accompanying symptoms are stabbing sensation, numbness, and a feeling of heaviness in the legs. In most cases, patients are prescribed over-the-counter painkillers; however, this therapy does not solve the problem, but it merely alleviates the symptoms. Natural Remedy against Sciatica
Prior to bed, fill one bucket with warm water and add one liter of apple cider vinegar, as well as a handful of sea salt. Mix the content so that the salt dissolves and soak the feet in the water until it becomes cold. Then, remove the feet and towel-dry them. Cover them well throughout the night so that they remain warm.
The following day, make sure you wear warm socks and slippers (avoid walking barefoot).
